LEVELING UP
There are two types of leveling in Fitscape: stat leveling and player leveling.
STAT LEVELING
When a specific stat accumulates enough XP, that stat will level up. Each stat level provides a unique bonus:
- Strength: Increases your maximum Health
- Dexterity: Increases your maximum Stamina
- Constitution: Increases your maximum Health
- Intelligence: Increases your maximum Mana
- Wisdom: Increases your maximum Mana
- Charisma: Influences NPC interactions
PLAYER LEVELING
Your total accumulated XP also contributes to your main player level. When you reach a new player level, you will receive a notification and your Health, Stamina, and Mana will be fully restored.

CHARACTER STATS
Your character's effectiveness in Fitscape is determined by a set of primary stats. These stats govern your performance in combat and other in-game activities. You can increase these stats by gaining experience from your real-world workouts.
PRIMARY STATS

STRENGTH (STR)
Increases your inventory size. A higher Strength allows you to carry more items.

DEXTERITY (DEX)
No direct bonus, but may influence your effectiveness with certain weapons and skills.

CONSTITUTION (CON)
Increases your maximum Health by 5 points per level.

INTELLIGENCE (INT)
Increases your maximum Mana by 3 points per level.

WISDOM (WIS)
Increases your maximum Stamina by 2 points per level.

CHARISMA (CHA)
No direct bonus, but may influence interactions with NPCs and other players.
CHARACTER CLASSES
When you create your character, you will choose a character class. Each class has a different set of starting stats and a different stat priority for leveling up. The available classes are:
ATHLETE
A well-rounded class with a focus on Constitution and Dexterity.
WARRIOR
A powerful melee fighter with a focus on Strength and Constitution.
RANGER
A skilled archer and survivalist with a focus on Dexterity and Wisdom.
SCHOLAR
A master of arcane knowledge with a focus on Intelligence and Wisdom.
MYSTIC
A wise and spiritual character with a focus on Wisdom and Intelligence.
SOCIALITE
A charismatic and influential character with a focus on Charisma and Constitution.

HEALTH, STAMINA & MANA
Your ability to survive and perform actions in Fitscape is governed by three key metrics: Health, Stamina, and Mana. Understanding how these work is essential for your success in dungeons and duels.

HEALTH
Health represents your character's life force. When you take damage from enemies, your Health will decrease. If your Health reaches zero, you will be defeated.
Increasing Health
Your maximum Health is determined by your Constitution stat. Each level of Constitution increases your maximum Health by 5 points.
Restoration
Your Health can be restored by using potions and certain skills. Additionally, your Health will slowly regenerate over time when you are not in a dungeon.

STAMINA
Stamina is a measure of your character's physical energy. It is consumed when exploring dungeons or using certain skills.
Increasing Stamina
Your maximum Stamina is determined by your Wisdom stat. Each level of Wisdom increases your maximum Stamina by 2 points.
Regeneration
Your Stamina does not regenerate automatically over time. It is fully restored overnight, and the amount restored is directly tied to your readiness score.

MANA
Mana is the energy source for your magical abilities. Casting spells and using other magical skills will consume Mana.
Increasing Mana
Your maximum Mana is determined by your Intelligence stat. Each level of Intelligence increases your maximum Mana by 3 points.
Regeneration
Your Mana does not regenerate automatically over time. It can be restored by performing mindfulness activities, using certain items, or through specific skills.

DUNGEONS & ENCOUNTERS
Dungeons are a core part of the Fitscape experience. They are challenging, multi-stage environments where you will face off against a variety of enemies to earn valuable rewards.

DUNGEON DISCOVERY
After you have traveled a certain distance in the real world, you will be given the opportunity to check for nearby dungeons. This action is not automatic; you must choose to perform the search. If you are successful, you will discover a new dungeon and receive a notification.

DUNGEON EXPLORATION
To begin exploring a dungeon, you must have more than 0 health and must not be in another dungeon or visiting a merchant. Free users have a daily limit on the number of dungeons they can explore.
When you start exploring a dungeon, a "dungeon run" is created. Your progress through the dungeon is determined by the distance you travel in the real world.

ENCOUNTERS
As you explore a dungeon, you will trigger encounters. These are challenges that you must overcome to proceed. The world of Fitscape will determine which encounter you face.
When you resolve an encounter, the world of Fitscape will determine the outcome, including:
-
Narrative: A description of what happened in the encounter
-
Consequences: Changes to your Health, Mana, and Stamina
-
Rewards: Loot, experience, and gold

REWARDS
Successfully completing a dungeon will award you with:
Experience Points (XP)
A small amount of XP. The primary way to gain XP is through real-world physical activity.
Loot
A chance to receive powerful items, such as new equipment or valuable crafting materials
Gold
The primary currency in Fitscape, used to purchase items and services

DUELS
Duels are a friendly competition to test your commitment and physical activity against another player. They are a great way to stay motivated, challenge your friends, and earn bragging rights.

DUEL INVITATIONS
You can challenge another player to a duel by sending them a duel invite. The invite will include:
-
Duration: The length of the duel
-
Stake: The gold and/or items that you are willing to wager on the outcome of the duel
The recipient of the duel invite can then choose to:
Accept
The duel will begin with the proposed terms.
Decline
The duel will be canceled. The recipient can then send a new invite with different terms if they wish.

ACTIVE DUELS
Once a duel has been accepted, it will become an active duel. The winner is determined primarily by their "duel score," which is calculated based on their physical activity during the duel. While the most active player usually wins, character stats and level also play a role. If there is a significant difference in player levels, the higher-level player has a distinct advantage and is more likely to win.

STAKES
The winner of the duel will receive the stake that was wagered by the loser. This can be a great way to earn gold and valuable items.

DUEL HISTORY
After a duel is complete, it will be added to your duel history. You can view the results of your past duels to see how you've performed over time.
